Bridge
is 3 miles from Ross on Wye. The
village was originally known as ‘the Quern’, but later took its name
from the road bridge which was built in 1828. At the foot of the now
defunt railway bridge is a picnic area and canoe launch site. There is
a village pub which serves food. |
