Graban
is 10 miles from Hay-on-Wye. There is a local nature reserve
which encompasses the
wide verges along 1½ miles of quiet road created from a closed railway
line. It has a rich and
varied flora including Welsh Stonecrop and Columbine. Glow worms have
been seen here. The Church of St
Teilo is late medieval and of simple form, with a 14th century nave.
